My husband and I were in the process of buying a house in another state and selling our house in California. Karen was very professional and sat down with us to explain the process. She did market research on the houses selling around us and walked us through several strategies for selling the house. She advertised our house through many media outlets to get the best exposure. By the time open house occurred we had over 80 people walk through the house. By the end of the week we had seven offers and more people asking for the walkthroughs! During the offering process she reviewed all of them with us so we understood what each one was offering and the requested timeline to put the house in escrow.
